Helping you find the point-2-life

I'm thrilled to share that after the successful launch of my BePositive AppYOUpuncture app, initially designed for female fertility, I've greatly expanded its scope AND renamed it to better reflect what it helps people to achieve. Through regular use you will easily re-discover the very point-2-life that I know lots of us struggle to find.

This App is for ALL Women AND Men, regardless of your life story! The new version is designed to help calm overthinking minds, empowering you to finally gain control over your mind and body, and allow you to simply be you and to be in the present moment...whether you want improved health, decreased pain, improved fertility, better sleep, better moods or just simply want to BE YOU.

Through the Mighty Oak Mamas and Men online group I will support you from those early stages of learning to needle or do  acupressure on yourself, through to when you're more experienced and onto the higher level courses.  With a thriving online community and regular group zoom sessions that I run you will easily be able to practise the art of self-needling and acupressure and finally just BE YOU!
